The Medical Assistant Fast-Track Diploma program trains students to work alongside doctors and nurses in providing essential medical services to children, adults and the elderly. Medical students are trained as healthcare professionals to provide patient care and wellness, diagnostic test procedures, emergency and acute illness care.
In this program, students will receive in-depth training in medical terminology, coding, patient interviewing, scheduling, recording medical history, insurance billing and preparing patients for medical examinations. This program also includes an introduction to phlebotomy, including hemoglobin and glucose tests. Students will learn IV preparation and how to make proper injections.

Overview
This Medical Assistant Fast-Track Diploma program is designed to train students as Medical Assistants in order to work alongside medical professionals in providing care and helping improve patients’ quality of life.
